His next movie with Halloween director John Carpenter was Assault on Precinct 13, which came out in 1976. He played a police officer named Starker again. John and Charles also worked together on The Fog (1981). The Fog also had Jamie Lee Curtis in it. She was in all three Halloween movies with Charles. In Escape from New York (1981), Charles saw Nancy again.
