1 Cup.Of breadcrumbs (plain or Italian).

1/2 Cup.Of milk.

1/2 Cup.Of finely chopped onions.

1/2 Cup.Of finely chopped green bell pepper.

1/2 Cup.Of finely chopped celery.

2 cloves garlic, minced.

2 large eggs, beaten.

1/4 Cup.Of ketchup.

1/4 Cup.Of barbecue sauce.

1 Tbsp.Of Worcestershire sauce.

1 Tsp.Of dried thyme.

1 Tsp.Of dried oregano.

FOR THE GLAZE:

1/4 Cup.Of ketchup.

2 Tbsp.Of brown sugar.
