SPICY STEAK FAJITAS

FOR THE STEAK MARINADE:

– About 800 grams.Of flank steak or skirt steak, thinly sliced against the grain.

– 1/4 Cup.Of soy sauce.

– 2 Tbsp.Of lime juice.

– 2 Tbsp.Of olive oil.

– 4 garlic cloves, minced.

– 1 Tbsp.Of chili powder.

– 1 Tsp.Of ground cumin.

– 1 Tsp.Of smoked paprika.

– 1/2 Tsp.Of cayenne pepper (adjust to your desired level of spiciness).

– Salt and black pepper to taste.

FOR THE FAJITAS:

– 2 Tbsp.Of vegetable oil.

– 1 large thinly sliced onion.

– 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced.

– Tortillas (flour or corn), for serving.
