Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 425°F and grease a sheet pan.

Whisk together milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.

Dip brioche slices into the mixture, ensuring both sides are thoroughly coated.

Arrange the slices on the sheet pan and bake for 7 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as syrup, fresh fruit, or powdered sugar. We also enjoy additional butter on the side.
