THE INGREDIENTS LIST:

– Russet potatoes; I used 4 peeled and thinly sliced.

– 2 Cups.Of heavy cream.

– 1 Cup.Of whole milk.

– 2 cloves garlic, minced.

– 2 Cups.Of shredded sharp cheddar cheese.

– 1/2 Cup.Of grated Parmesan cheese.

– 2 Tbsp.Of unsalted butter.

– 2 Tbsp.Of all-purpose flour.

– 1 Tsp.Of salt (adjust to taste).

– 1/2 Tsp.Of black pepper.

– 1/2 Tsp.Of dried thyme (optional, for added flavor).

– Fresh parsley for garnish (optional).
