Parmesan Crusted Tilapia (Only 5 Ingredients)

  • 2 lbs tilapia fillets
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic parsley salt
  • 1 tbsp oil spray oil

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine parmesan cheese, Panko crumbs and garlic parsley salt

Place tilapia in a baking dish, leaving space between each fillet.

Top it off with the parmesan-panko mixture. Spray with oil.

Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes or until fish is crispy. Enjoy!
