1.5 pounds of Russet potatoes, diced into 1/2-inch cubes.

1 pound of smoked sausage, sliced.

2 tablespoons of olive oil.

1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt.

1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning.

Half a tsp of a diced large red bell pepper.

Half tsp of diced a large green bell pepper.

1 small onion, finely diced.

Black pepper, to taste.

Shredded Parmesan cheese, for garnish
