Then, in a large bowl, mix together the butter, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper. Then, melt the mixture in the microwave.

Step 3

After that, add the sliced potatoes to the bowl, making sure each slice is evenly coated with the herbed butter.

Step 4

Then, place the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and then put them in the oven.

Step 5

Let the potatoes roast for 15 minutes. If desired, flip them over and roast for an additional 15 minutes.
