Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes with Gravy

1. Gradually whisk in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
2. Once the meatloaf is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
3. Serve slices of meatloaf alongside a generous portion of mashed potatoes. Drizzle the gravy over the meatloaf and mashed potatoes.
