LOADED BAKED POTATO SALAD

– 4 large russet potatoes, washed and cubed.

– 1 Cup.Of sour cream.

– 1/2 Cup.Of mayonnaise.

– 1 Cup.Of shredded cheddar cheese.

– 6 strips.Of crispy bacon, crumbled.

– 1/4 Cup.Of chopped fresh chives.

– Salt and pepper to taste.

PREPARATION:

1st Step

Put the potato cubes in a big saucepan full of salted water and bring it to a boil. Bring the water to a boil, then cook the potatoes in the water until they can be easily pierced with a fork. It takes around 10–15 minutes to do this task on average. If you want them to maintain their form after cooking, you must be cautious not to overcook them.
