  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1-1/2 cups biscuit/baking mix
  • 1 large egg, beaten
