Instructions:
 
Step 1
First, heat 8 cups of vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
Then, whisk together 1 ½ cups milk and 2 eggs in a large bowl.
Step 3
After that, in a separate bowl, mix 2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp cinnamon, and ½ tsp salt.
Step 4
In this step, gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, stirring until smooth.
Step 5
Next, cover the funnel hole and pour 1 cup of batter, swirling to create a 6–7-inch round.
Step 6
Fry until golden brown on both sides.
Step 7
Finally, drain on paper towels sprinkle with ¾ cup confectioners’ sugar, and serve warm and enjoy your homemade funnel cakes!
