– 1 (450g) pound.Of fresh green beans, washed and trimmed.

– 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled.

– 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped.

– 2 cloves garlic, minced.

– 1/4 Cup.Of brown sugar.

– 2 Tbsp.Of butter.

– 1 Tbsp.Of soy sauce.

– 1 Tsp.Of sesame oil (optional, for extra flavor).

– 1/2 Tsp.Of red pepper flakes (adjust to taste).

– Salt and pepper, to taste.

– 1/4 Cup.Of sliced almonds, toasted (for garnish, optional).
