Ingredients:

One can (11 ounces) of cream-style corn.

One can (11 ounces) of whole corn kernels, drained.

1/2 cup of yellow cornmeal.

One cup of all-purpose flour.

One egg white.

2 tablespoons of milk.

Salt and pepper, to taste.

For frying: 3 cups of vegetable oil.
