Ingredients
For the pastries:
3 frozen puff pastry sheets, allow to partially thaw
1 slightly beaten egg
For the filling:
1 pound ground beef
1 chopped onion
2 chopped celery sticks
2 minced garlic cloves
1 diced carrot
1 tablespoon flour
1 diced potato
1.5 cups beef stock
2 tablespoon each of Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste
1/4 cup frozen peas
1 tablespoon of olive oil
